At Alpine Coach Tree, we are committed to providing high-quality MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) courses in Bangalore. We understand that circumstances may arise where a student needs to seek a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests.
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests will only be considered within the first two weeks (14 days) of the course commencement.
- To be eligible for a refund, the student must formally submit a written refund request within the specified timeframe.
- Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Alpine Coach Tree administration office.
- The request should include the student’s full name, contact details, course details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
- Refund Approval:
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- A refund will be considered if the student can demonstrate valid reasons such as medical emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the course content.
- Refund Amount:
- If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be calculated based on the following:
- If the request is made within the first week (7 days), a full refund of the course fee will be provided.
- If the request is made during the second week (8-14 days), a 50% refund of the course fee will be provided.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, such as registration fees, materials fees, and examination fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refund Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the written refund request.
- Course Withdrawal:
Students who withdraw from the course without an approved refund request will not be eligible for any refund.
