TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION

Refund of fees: All fees once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever. Except for non – attendance of the first class. We do this to honour our teachers’ hard work.

Cancellation of Admission: ACTMEP reserves its right to cancel the admission of successful candidate under any of the following circumstances:

  • If the fees is not deposited by the stipulated date.
  • If the candidate does not join the particular program after the completion of the first 2 classes as per schedule.
  • If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualifications.

Placement assistance:

  • We go an additional mile to help our students with placements after the completion of the course.*
  • Placement assistance will be provided upon the completion of the project which will be assigned by the respective trainer.
  • This will only be available after completion of 100% of the course.
  • All classes have to attend without fail and all fees must be fully paid to avail placement assistance. 

Right of Alteration / Modification:

  • Management reserves its right to alter or modify the structure of any of the programs to attain the objective of excellence.
  • ACTMEP Technologies reserves its right to change the Fee Structure mentioned in the Brochure, advertisements and the website.
  • ACTMEP reserves its right to modify, alter and / or include any other Terms and Conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the Company.
  • Price of the course before the start of the course and after the completion of the course may vary and should not be compared to the price of the current batch that you are enrolled in. 

Limitation Clause: No dispute shall be raised after the expiry of 15 days from the date on which the process of admission and / or selection is completed.
